Dock WCAG is a scalable SaaS platform for rapidly adapting websites to WCAG 2.1 and 2.2 standards without involving developers or requiring costly audits. It improves accessibility and supports compliance with the European Accessibility Act.

    Digital accessibility automation

Our goal was to create a solution that maximally automates the process of adapting websites to accessibility standards, eliminating the need for manual implementation and significantly reducing time to value.

    Minimizing the barrier to entry

We focused on designing a product that can be deployed by a non-technical user in just a few minutes, with zero source code interference and no specialized knowledge required.

    Scalable SaaS architecture

We were tasked with designing a system capable of handling heavy traffic and millions of daily requests while maintaining high performance and operational stability.

    Bridging compliance with true UX

A crucial objective was to create a product that not only meets formal requirements but genuinely improves website accessibility and usability for end users with diverse needs.

    design

The main design challenge was to architect a solution that remains lightweight, highly performant, and completely independent of the client's website technology, even at a massive scale.

An additional challenge was reconciling digital accessibility requirements with a modern approach to UI design, ensuring the product is fully compliant while remaining intuitive and comfortable for a broad spectrum of users. It was equally important to map out a user experience where the entire process—from registration to deployment—is as streamlined as possible, while still giving the user a sense of full control over the system's configuration and functionality.

    code

The implementation process involved designing and launching a SaaS architecture that connects a lightweight frontend widget with a backend handling traffic, clients, and real-time data processing, including automated audits and accessibility monitoring.

In parallel, we focused on ensuring high system performance by optimizing script loading times, guaranteeing zero impact on the performance of clients' websites. The entire platform was rounded off with an administrative dashboard and subscription management mechanisms to control access to the services.
